Singapore-based music technology startup, Bandlab, was showcased in a Developer Spotlight video at the recent 2019 Google I/O conference in Mountain View, California.
The video was shared with 7,000 top programmers at the conference by James Orrigo, aka Lad in a Battle, a social entrepreneur who uses original music to entertain and inspire paediatric patients as part of his ‘Bridging Rooms Project’.
In the video, James Orrigo explains how he worked with local high school art and music students to create a bespoke animated video for young cancer patient, Geo, using the Concepts design platform and the Bandlab music creation platform.
