Principal of Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, Stefan Anderson, will host a series of workshops and auditions in Singapore and Hong Kong this month.
Stefan’s first stop on his Asian tour will be Centre Stage School of the Arts in Singapore where he will host a week-long workshop and engage with students with a view to running some auditions for pupils keen to study at Tring Park.
Founded in 1999 to provide children from the ages of six months to 18 years with access to the world of performing arts, Centre Stage School of the Arts is the longest running school of its kind in Singapore and brought the ‘drama-club’ style of class to the country.
Stefan will then head to Hong Kong to visit Centre Stage Studios Hong Kong.
Stefan Anderson said:
‘I am really looking to forward to visiting both of these excellent schools, who are pioneers in the Far East when it comes to teaching performing arts. It will be a great honour to meet the children and teachers and I am hoping that we will work together in the future with a view to sharing our performing expertise and, hopefully, some of their students will be keen to experience life at Tring Park.’
