Sound Connections is a development organisation championing young people’s music-making, with inclusivity and social justice at the heart. We facilitate Wired4Music, a network for creatives aged 16-25 powered by youth voice; we run a dynamic programme of professional development; and we lead ground-breaking research, advocacy and change programmes.

About the role

Sound Connections is at a pivotal point in its organisational journey as we celebrate our 20th anniversary in 2022 and launch our new strategy.

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to oversee our Youth Voice and Participation work – with particular responsibility for overseeing Wired4Music and delivering consultancy projects for clients focusing on this area of work. We are also a very flexible, adaptable and creative organisation, and within the role there is plenty of opportunity to bring new and progressive ideas.

We welcome enquiries from anyone who would like to discuss the role before applying. We also encourage applicants to share accessibility needs and we will always make reasonable adjustments (you can read more about our accessibility practice in the Job Process document).

This is a part-time role (three days per week).
