RSL Awards is offering a new job opportunity, as the Head of Products, to oversee and be responsible for all aspects of product development and publications, for managing and leading the Publishing team and corporate portfolio.

The Opportunity

To oversee and be responsible for all aspects of product development and publications. Responsible for managing and leading the Publishing team and corporate portfolio.

  • Direct product development and manage associated publications. Working with the CEO and management board to agree new products and publishing schedules
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure the development of innovative, high quality products
  • Manage a team of employees and an external freelance team for the production of new materials
  • Be responsible for the portfolio of published materials
  • Ensure that new products are prepared for the market, with particular focus on internal information and training for stakeholders
  • Analyse new market opportunities and prepare business cases to support investment
  • Track and analyse sales
  • Responsible for the maintenance of existing productsSupport colleagues to ensure customer service staff are equipped to answer enquiries

The Offer

  • c. £60,000 per annum
  • 25 days leave plus bank holidays, increasing annually to 30 days after 5 years
