Sage Gateshead is an international music centre with two auditoriums and a rehearsal space all with world class acoustics, a 25 room Music Education Centre, bars, restaurant, café, shop and public space creating a ‘town square’ for anyone to enjoy for free. This is a new role that has been created to help implement a more in-depth customer-focused CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy for Sage Gateshead, the leading arts and arts education venue.
The successful candidate will play an important part in helping to shift the focus of our marketing beyond transactional ticket sales to building customer engagement.
A key objective of our strategy is to reengage, retain and grow live audiences following a challenging two-year period, and to support the ongoing development of hybrid and digital presentation. The CRM Analytics Manager will help us achieve this by implementing the strategy.
CRM will further strengthen existing links between marketing, communications, fundraising and box office colleagues.
