Sing Up is giving away a free song for World Peace Day, which takes place on 21 September.

One Day One Choir
Sing Up is encouraging schools and singers around the world to join with global choral project for peace, One Day One Choir, in singing together on World Peace Day as a way to show what can be achieved when working together towards a positive goal.

World Peace Day
The General Assembly of the UN has declared 21 September as ‘a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, both within and among all nations and peoples’.
This year’s event celebrates the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Drafted by representatives with different legal and cultural backgrounds from all regions of the world, the Declaration was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 10 December 1948 as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations.
