‘We All Make Music’

Event Description

An inspiring, inclusive music education festival.

Join us for an innovative, ingenious day of exploration.

Get hands-on with new musical instruments and technology, discover new approaches to inclusive music delivery, hear from disabled and non-disabled music leaders working in the sector and network with people from across the country.

Disabled people are currently under-represented in the music education workforce. This lack of representation has an impact on the way we educate disabled and non-disabled young musicians… On our and their aspirations, opportunities, progression…

There’s a huge amount of thought and discussion taking place right now around how to make music education more inclusive; how to share the joy of creative, expressive music-making with as wide a group of young people as possible.

We All Make Music addresses these discussions through a hands-on, creative approach.
