Hull Music Festival 2020

About the Festival

Organised by Hull Music Hub, the 2020 festival will run from Thursday 26 March to Thursday 2 April at the Albemarle Music Centre.

This year’s adjudicators will be Kay Tucker, Professor David Hoult and Gillian Craig.

There are classes for: Vocal Solo (including Folk Song, Stage Musical, Lieder, Drawing Room Ballad, Over 60s Solo & Opera), Vocal Duet, Primary School Choirs, Secondary School Choirs, Adult Choirs, Piano Solo (including Jazz / Modern), Piano Duet, String Solo, String Duet, Strings in Unison, Harp Solo, Harp Ensemble, Woodwind Solo, Woodwind Duet, Woodwind Ensemble, Recorder Ensemble, Brass Solo, Brass Duet, Brass Ensemble, Percussion Solo, Primary Percussion Ensemble, Senior Percussion Ensemble, Primary Steel Pans Ensemble, Senior Steel Pans Ensemble, Primary Instrumental Ensemble & Secondary Instrumental Ensemble.
