Building and Reimagining: Insights into upgrading and building new performing arts spaces

Fireside Chat, Frank Yeung, Head of Theatre Planning, Performing Arts at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WestK) and Kenny Wong, Technical Director and Consultant and former Head of Technical Theatre at Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay share practical insights, key takeaways and lessons learned from recent venue development projects they have managed.

Moderated by Paul Tam, Executive Director, Performing Arts (WestK), the session will give participants valuable perspectives on planning, design, stakeholder engagement and project delivery that can help inform ongoing and future capital projects across the performing arts sector.
