Musical Futures TV
Music has the power to change the lives of young people for the better.
At times like these, music, culture and the arts have never been more important – you only have to look at the huge public response to the range of concerts and events now taking place online.
The school lockdown has also provided some space for teachers to think about what they do and why and to consider what music education could and should be.
We believe that music in classrooms should be authentic, rooted in practical music making and should build from students own musical interests.
