The Accademia Stauffer in Cremona, Italy, and The Juilliard School in New York City are collaborating on a multimedia project, which unites music students virtually from both cities.
The ‘Bridging The Time-Space Divide’ project aims to explore new ways of institutional collaboration and provide young instrumentalists and composers with the opportunity to shape the emerging landscape of the performing arts.
Students will work together to plan and realise a virtual concert, which will feature the premieres of eight original compositions inspired by the early Baroque and performed by the Quartetto Goldberg and the instrumentalists of The Juilliard School.
The performance will take place on 24 March 2023 at 1 pm EST / 7 pm CET at The Juilliard School.
