Mekong Cultural Hub and the British Council have announced details of SEAΔ (pronounced ‘seed’), a joint programme which creates space for cultural practitioners to reflect on how their work in arts and culture can contribute to sustainable development within South-East Asia through individual and collective leadership.
Each year, 10 Fellows from the following 10 countries will be selected for the programme:
- United Kingdom
The programme has four main gatherings spread over a one-year period. Each gathering takes place in a different country and has a unique purpose: exchange, create, share then reflect.
The deadline for this year’s applications is 1 September 2018. For more details and an application form, please click here.
