The BBC is inviting 7-11 year-olds to take part in a Eurovision-themed Live Lesson on Friday 12 May in preparation for the Grand Final of the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest the following day.
Reflecting the partnership between the UK, Ukraine and host city Liverpool, the 30-minute programme will, says the BBC, ‘celebrate inclusivity and explore the power of music to bring communities together through fun interactive activities’.
Filmed on location at Liverpool’s St George’s Hall and hosted by Lauren Layfield and Tyler West, this Live Lesson will be available to watch on this BBC Teach page all day on Friday, 12 May 2023 and on CBBC at 11:00.
MOBO award-winning musician and composer YolanDa Brown will also be involved, helping children create their own Eurovision song.
