Arts Council England (ACE) has published the details of its new national portfolio of 990 funded organisations for 2023-26, offering £446m annually ‘for more people in more places’.
Representing a policy shift towards decentralisation of funding away from London, 78 designated towns and cities will receive £43.5m annually for the next three years under ACE’s Levelling Up for Culture Places scheme. There will also be a 20% increase in organisations delivering creative and cultural activity for children and young people.
