London examinations board ABRSM has announced a new on-demand booking service for its digital Performance Grade and ARSM exams.
According to ABRSM, ‘On-demand Performance Grades provide complete choice and flexibility around exam dates. There are no booking periods or exam sessions, so candidates can focus on taking their exam when they are ready.’
Candidates can book, pay and upload the exam video at any time. There are no changes to the exam, syllabus or marking criteria. Candidates can still choose where and when to record their performance, and results will be available within seven days of submitting the exam video, subject to the board’s quality assurance checks.
