ISME President 2018-2020, Susan O’Neill, said:

‘The ISME 2020 World Conference aims to foster global understanding and cooperation by strengthening ties and sharing ideas that promote music education as a culturally responsive, inclusive and lifelong transformative journey.

‘Given the current global reality, the conference theme, Visions of Equity and Diversity, is a timely reminder of music’s power to unite our humanity while respecting our differences.
